This is a satellite photo of the parking lot in South Park County Park that is the focus of this project. Stormwater runoff from these types of impervious surfaces degrade streams such as Catfish Run which can be seen adjacent to the parking lot. In this project we will study this problem and will develop a plan to decrease the runoff and pollution entering Catfish Run. Along the way you, hopefully, will learn something about watershed's in general and our watershed, the Peters Creek watershed, specifically.
